Ingredients 1 Lontong Bala
- 1 liter of stock water
- 2 stems of brambang leaves in rajang
- 300 g bean sprouts cleaned and washed
Ingredients 2 Lontong Balap
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp beef broth seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic chips
- 2 tbsp fried onion
Ingredients 3 to be mashed for Lontong Balap
- 4 pieces cayenne pepper
- 5 curly chilies
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 6 shallots
- 1 tsp roasted shrimp paste
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Ingredients 4 Lontong Balap
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 400 ml water
- 1 tbsp flour dissolved with 2 tbsp water

- 4 pieces of rice cake
- 4 pieces of fried tofu
- 6 pieces of lento
- 2 sliced spring onions
- 4 tbsp fried onion
- 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
How to make Lontong Balap
- Bring 1 liter of stock, ingredient 1 and ingredient 2 to a boil.
- Add bean sprouts and cook until half-cooked
