Ingredients needed
- 200gr rice, washed
- 500ml water
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 celery stalk, finely sliced
- 500gr chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 ginger root, grated
- 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sweet soy sauce to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- Chicken broth powder to taste
Topping ingredients
- Shredded chicken
- Fried onion
- Sliced celery leaves
- Sweet soy sauce
- Chili sauce
- Crackers
- Boiled egg
How to make
- Bring water to a boil, add chicken and ginger. Cook until the chicken is cooked, remove and drain. Set aside the resulting chicken broth.
- Heat sesame oil, saute shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the washed rice, stir until evenly distributed.
- Add enough chicken stock, stir well and cook until the rice becomes porridge.
- Add spring onion and celery, stir well until cooked.
