ingredients:

2 cups paella rice

1/2 kg chicken meat (cut into small pieces)

1/2 kg large shrimp

1/2 kg green mussels

1/2 kg brown mussels

1 large onion (finely chopped)

2-3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

1/2 cup crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)

1/2 cup peas

1/2 teaspoon saffron (mix with a little hot water)

1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cups chicken broth

salt and pepper to taste
