Put the fried chicken and bacon back into the pot with the vegetables.

Pour the red wine into the pot and let it boil, then add the chicken stock. Stir well and let it boil again.

Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the chicken meat becomes soft and tender.
